Marianela Nanninga is the Founder and CEO of ToDo Robotics, which she established in 2022 after identifying an opportunity to address labor shortages and employee turnover through practical, human-supporting automation. Before entering robotics, she worked across business development and sales roles in multiple industries. Nanninga holds communications and business qualifications from La Sapienza and the American University of Rome, along with an MBA from the Euro MBA Consortium in Maastricht.
